With a wide range of products and services covering every insurance need, in the first half of 2018, CNP ZOIS maintained its satisfaction levels of its 89,145 customers at a high level, investing in the ongoing relationship of respect and trust. With dedication to the wholistic service of the Partner and customer, coupled with the personalized effective and efficient response, the company managed to stand out in the insurance market. In this context, the Company has:
• Enriched its insurance coverage by integrating pioneering Serious Disease programs specially designed to meet the specialised needs of men, women and children (Bonjour Man's Care, Bonjour Woman's Care and Bonjour Kid's Care). • Announced the inclusion of the new supplementary insurance "Permanent Total Disability caused by Illness or Accident" into the family of its products, further enriching the life insurance sector to which it has given special emphasis in the last year. • Developed its work by designing specialized products, mainly on a group basis, bore fruit. • Analysed the proposals of its Network of Partners to improve existing programs, through open lines of communication. • With the heart of growth of every Insurance Company being based with its Partners, CNP ZOIS has expanded its Network of Partners by attracting and training 52 new Insurance Intermediaries. • By implementing its extrovert business plan, the Company has entered Strategic Partnerships with a common perspective of achieving competitive advantages.
Emphasis on savings - investment – pension By focusing on three aspects, Savings - Investing - Pension, CNP ZOIS, in the second half of 2018, is working intensively on the introduction of modern unit linked products that broaden its range of programs, offering attractive choices. With the new unit linked programs (one-off and periodic payments) that are tailored to each client's profile, the Company aims to meet the savings needs of specific long-term goals such as educational retirement, retirement, and / or creation of one-off future capital.
CNP ZOIS plans the next steps and implements its business strategy. On the strong foundations of its local and international credibility, it builds new services and products for the needs of the Greek insurance market.
